You will partner with the gaming professionals that develop the world’s best mobile games, helping them grow, develop, and do the most impactful work of their careers.
You will be a dedicated partner to a live game team of ours: Clash of Clans, Clash Royale or Brawl Stars and Hay Day, and work together with the team leadership on making sure the team is in the best shape and doing their best work while working together seamlessly. You will also deal with matters relating to staffing, team design and team communication. You will have the opportunity to work on the individual, team, and company level, on tasks ranging from individual wellbeing to championing company culture.

Responsibilities
Help the game team to be the best version of themselves, create the best possible environment for them to work in, and help them to do their best work. For example, work on improving team structure, dynamics, processes and communication
Be a trusted partner to game team leads and leadership team and challenge them to grow and improve as leaders
Help facilitate the complete employee lifecycle, starting with headcount planning, onboarding, across performance management, all the way to solving challenging team situations and developing team culture
Partner with internal stakeholders to design, organize and deliver team trainings, team events, offsites and other key initiatives
Provide and analyze team related people data and KPIs
Own and develop selected global people initiatives (i.e. well-being, performance management…)
Work creatively together with other People Partners around engagement and change initiatives and their implementation
Be an active advocate for fostering Supercell culture and values in everyday interactions with leads and team members
Requirements
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
A suitable university degree in a relevant field
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, creative environment
Having a flexible, improvement mindset, and a genuine interest in own self-development
Ideally, previous experience working in an international environment
Experience in performance management, well-being or talent management development
Experience with individual coaching, team facilitation and/or certification in Scrum/Agile methodology is considered a big plus
Excellent English skills
Solid communication skills
Passion for games
