Supercell is looking for a seasoned marketing professional that has extensive experience in growth marketing, who thrives in a multifunctional and uber collaborative environment.
As Growth Marketing Lead you will be responsible for setting up and executing growth marketing strategy and initiatives for all our live games. You will be joining and leading a talented team of exceptional people to level up our Growth Marketing efforts for our existing and new games.
The Growth Marketing Lead creates and develops opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns that results in player base growth and other significant brand KPI growth. Our games already have an incredible organic following, yet we believe we can still constantly improve.
About you
You will have experience in hands-on work within growth marketing, influencer marketing and significant experience within media. Also, you have the resilience and capacity to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and complexities.
Therefore, you have exceptional communication and project management skills to bring together all the marketing stakeholders such as product marketing managers, brand strategists, creative producers, community managers, media buyers, marketing analysts, game operators and game developers.

Responsibilities
Set a clear Growth Marketing Vision and Strategy for our live games (Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars and Hay Day), designed around the game lifecycle, product roadmap, and live operations.
Drive business growth by designing and executing holistic, integrated marketing plans in close collaboration with other marketing stakeholders and teams, such as Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Production, Community, Esports, Regional/Local activation.
Drive and facilitate cross functional collaboration and build trustworthy connections across Game Development, Game Operations, and other Marketing disciplines.
Design global marketingGoals and KPIs
for all campaigns in close alignment with other marketing stakeholders from Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Esports, and Community.
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Business & Operations stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and apply learnings to inform future marketing campaigns for constant performance improvement.
Lead and grow a team of experiences growth marketers while also co-creating individual professional development paths for their growth.
Work with the Data team to build reporting tools for the Growth Marketing team, automate growth marketing operational processes, and estimate projections and LTVs
Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or equivalent roles in the gaming, entertainment, IT, or consumer products industry.
Experience in leading, growing and coordinating a team of experienced Marketers.
Experience in growth marketing / influencer marketing on a regional or global level.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English are a must. Fluency or proficiency in other languages is a plus.
A strategic mindset to develop a marketing vision. Excellence in execution to bring ideas to life. Not hesitating to get hands dirty when needed, and a strong analytical eye and attention to detail.
Willingness to take risks and drive innovation with the right combination of logic and intuition-based thinking.
Remarkable analytical skills and evidence of making data driven decisions.
Experience working with P&Ls ensuring that all decisions will drive business results.
